A month ago the pandemic was declared.

Stay-at-home orders soon followed complete with social distancing guidelines. Daily the number of infected has grown, along with the number who have died from the virus.

Those of us who relate to the world through our creativity have been heavily affected by the crisis, along with everyone else. This album is my way of processing the roller-coaster of emotions we’ve been riding. These songs and instrumentals are deeply reflective of this moment in time.

Over twenty years ago my friend Brian had a dream in which there was a character named Yarn Head. When he told me about his dream I told him that years from now, when I was around 50 I’d have a band and I’d call myself Professor Yarnhead.

I guess that time has come!
